Phillip Jack Brooks (Chicago, October 26, 1978) is an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name CM Punk.
Since 2006 he plays in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and is part of the Raw roster in 2010.
He previously wrestled for Ring of Honor (2002 - 2005), Ohio Valley Wrestling (2005 - 2006) and for a brief period in the NWA Total Nonstop Action.

CM Punk is seven times world champion having won the World Heavyweight Championship 3 times, 2 times the WWE Championship (title currently has), 1 time the ROH World Championship and the ECW Championship 1 time.

It's a Triple Crown Champion (fastest), since he won the WWE Intercontinental Championship and the World Tag Team Championship (with Kofi Kingston) in just 203 days.
And it is now, the only wrestler to have won 2 times in a row the Money in the Bank Match.
He also won the Elimination Chamber Match on Raw in 2012, his fourth participation in this type of meeting and entering as a number one, then defending his current WWE Championship.

Brooks is a follower of the "Straight Edge", a lifestyle that leads to the total surrender of alcohol, drugs, tobacco and casual sex and that sometimes it is strengthened by the adoption of a vegetarian or vegan diet.
